Trying to post some samples more often!
Here's one of the Flint River from the Riverwalk Trail!
I use the trail quite often for biking, and checking on my Geocache's!
Follow this link to learn more about Geocaching!

Back today, and finally have a pic of the Ray Charles statue down at Riverfront Park in Albany!
It has excellent detail, and will be a nice feature in the Riverfront area!

Fall along the Flint

Here's a pic taken along the Flint River in Albany, Ga.
This shot was taken with the Nikon p5100 12.1 MP camera!
This is a very nice "walking around" camera! It is light & easily fits in your pocket!
This was taken in the early fall, so not much in the way of leaf color.
I'll post some pics of the new Ray Charles Statue shortly!

Enjoy!
Greg

Riverwalk Photos

Long time since the last update, busy with work, and not much time for Photos!
Took this pic at the Albany Riverwalk, which has recently been completed!
If your ever in the Albany Ga. area, stop by and check it out! it's next to the Flint River, and the Flint Riverquarium.

Memorial Day Tribute

Went to Andersonville National Cemetary on Memorial Day, to pay respect, and to view the Flags that were put out by the BoyScouts & GirlScouts of the area! Thanks to all of them for their effort!
This turned out to be a fairly clear day after some of the smoke from the wildfires in S.E. Georgia cleared away.
The pic below is a 4 shot panorama of part of the cemetary!
The full size shot can be seen & ordered from here www.emeraldcreekphoto.com
The original image is 11x26 inches!
Just go into the site & click into the panorama gallery.

Thanks for looking!

Kindergarten Graduation

Running late on my response to the Graduation shoot!
My observations on my first indoor low-light shoot:
1. NO Lighting except for the stage (to be expected, it's a play:)
2. Very small children are not still for very long!
3. Remind myself to bring cable release next time!
4. Shot at ISO 1250, and wound up with some good pics, but somewhat noisy!
5. Did I mention very small children are NOT still for very long!

All in all, it was a good learning experience, and I would attempt this again in the future!
